Renter Obligations

• The renter must have a valid driver's license.
• The renter must inspect the vehicle before pickup and report any issues to the owner.
• The vehicle must be used responsibly and legally.
• The renter is responsible for any traffic violations that occur during the rental period.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• The renter must pay the full agreed amount and security deposit.

Booking Procedures

• Booking is confirmed after owner approval.
• The security deposit must be paid before picking up the vehicle.
• The security deposit is returned after verifying the vehicle's condition upon return.
• In case of booking cancellation, the specified cancellation policy must be reviewed.
• The platform retains a percentage of the rental value as a service commission.

Liability Definition

• The platform is an intermediary between owner and renter and does not assume direct responsibility for vehicles.
• The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
• In case of an accident, the relevant authorities and the platform must be notified immediately.
• The owner must provide valid insurance for the vehicle.

• In case of a dispute, a complaint can be filed through the platform.
• The platform team will investigate the dispute impartially.
• Both parties must provide all required evidence and documents.
• The platform's decision in resolving disputes is binding for both parties.
