We accept cash payment on pickup, in addition to bank transfer. We are working on adding electronic payment methods soon.
Yes, all vehicles registered on the platform must be insured. We also require a security deposit that is returned after the car is delivered in good condition.
You can open a dispute through the platform and our team will investigate and reach a fair solution for all parties.
